I get more than that on my K1600GT

You see it as a 'H' but I think you will find its an '!' which is an warning light to check your oil level.

I made the change last month, moving from an RT to a K16, no regrets yet.

Not a pretty bike with luggage removed,  just doesn't look right. An Akro would make all the difference.

I have an excellent relationship with my dealer often getting good deals whether on parts or clothing. Luckily most of my riding friends ride BMW and we all use the same dealer. It's all about the timing too, during the quieter winter periods it's easier to get the reductions. I just had a good deal...

When I rode sports bikes the wife used to get a tap on the knee if I was going to make progress, didn't want to lose her off the back.

I got identical cover with Bennetts for £150, Carole Nash wanted almost double, they wonder why we shop around.

I would prefer to see my passenger more appropriately dressed than those 2 in the video.

I have used Carole Nash breakdown in UK and Europe but the European saga took me almost 6 weeks to get my bike repatriated. On another note I have just switched from C/N to Bennetts when insuring my K1600, what a mare that experience was, they don't want you to leave and put as many obstacles in you...

I thought the BMW extended warranty was good value as it includes UK and European breakdown cover too.

What good advice we all give [emoji106]

I find sometimes that the older you get if you have had the bike layed up even for a couple of weeks then the aches and pains show themselves the following day, even more so if the ride was in the cold, my current complaint is right wrist pain but expect this is due mainly to change of bike / riding...
