This might sound daft, but try adjusting the lever away from the bars, then try finding neutral.

It was the splitter cable Dave, and yes bike has cruise control.

Hello Guys, Was out on bike today and there was an intermittent problem with the clutch lever, a couple of times it kinda stuck whilst pulled back against the handlebar, the lever was totally slack to move away from handlebar, then it returned to normal operation and worked no problems. Just a follow up to the outcome of the issue.


Turns out that the throttle cable had jumped a pulley...!!

Wow....brilliant... :D

Bit of a long shot here, but does anyone know where I could source the rubber gators that cover the slide pins on the rear caliper of a 2012R1200RT.

Changed the alternator belt today no problem.


Left the spark plugs in and turned the crank pully nut...
