A poll that is over 4 years old is hardly a good comparison.

I swapped my 2016 RT's original tyres in December for Michelins 5GT's. Fantastic change and so much more confidence inspiring.

I always found that the 4's took a few miles from starting to get up to working temperature. The 5's on the other hand are on the ball straight away and just inspire confidence.
Have not tried any of the other tyres so cannot comment but will order another set of these when needed.

I was one of the first in the country to get a set of 5GT's. Before that I had the 4's from new.
The difference between the 4's and 5's Is huge. The 5's are so much better

Have been tempted to look into being a takeaway delivery driver in the evenings just so I can get out on the bike.
Massive surge in takeaway ordering has created lots more opportunities in this area.
