Help! dashboard no lights, no instruments

Just started to remove spot/fog lights prior to sale. Don't know what I have done wrong, but no illumination or dials on dash working. Ignition on as engine starts and all lights work. Any ideas??

Time to say 'Goodbye'

After four very happy years with my 1200rt-lc, the time has come, due to age and infirmity, to swap it for a smaller and lighter bike. I have decided after much research and  several road tests to buy a F800GT. I will miss the power and comfort of the RT, but I am keen to continue my riding...

Re: I am not a robot......

I don't know what has happened, but I now find I can access the site without being asked 'challenge' questions.

It is good to have normal access restored!

Re: I am not a robot......

For me it has become more than an irritation, so much so that I seldom bother to look at the forum now.  The challenge questions are there about 70% of the time.  My ISP is BT.

Re: An unusual request

Thank you and the several others who responded with helpful comments/advice. My enquiry was really about motorcycle clothing (textile jackets/trousers) that is particularly suitable for ostomy users, rather than day to day clothing that can be worn on a motorcycle. Stoma nurses are very helpful in r...

An unusual request

I was recently diagnosed with bladder cancer, which necessitated the removal of my bladder and a Urostomy.
I am soon to be allowed to return to motorcycling. Do any forum members have any experience of this. I am particularly looking for advice as to suitable motorcycling clothing.

Re: Server moved to new location

I also get the 'challenge' questions, but not every time I visit the site. Curious?

Re: What's your best value biking accessory?

I agree with yellowjacket, the Werks quiet ride screen added to comfort and enjoyment.

My second choice is the Clearwater Darla lights, despite the cost.      I just feel so much safer knowing there is a better chance I will be seen.

I think it is on one of the Swiss passes, and there is a James Bond theme?

Re: Nice ride out....

@simbo  Correct @mhr43 Spot on, too easy. I think the Vale of Belvoir has some of the best biker roads in the area. Mostly National Limit with very little traffic or Police presence. Ideal combination. I agree. It is my home turf. However, I don't quite agree with you on Police presence. 3...
