Metzeler Roadtec 01s. Great handling in wet or dry. 6000 miles ‘making progress’ on them so far with plenty of tread left. Didn’t like the 8s at all.

Just back today from Motorrad Days using Hull-Zeebrugge. Strapping is easy, but, do note that one side is anchored to metal decking, one side to a metal rope running down the centre of the mezzanine deck. The front of the rope can get a little bit loose by the time shed load of b...

Only warm up needed is the Satnav to locate satellites. After that, button pressed and go have fun.

Grip puppies every time. Vibes numbed but heated grips retained. Brilliant for few quid. Also find wider grips more comfortable too.

250m is the limit. Try it next time you leave a motorway. Turn on at the 300 marker and they will have cancelled before the exit.

If you ride like a muppet, no mode in the world will save you so you still have to use the basic skills of riding to the conditions, positioning, right seed/gear etc. The modes merely lurk in the background ready to help out if needed and we the rider learn to ride to the bikes ability but ultimate...

The Air has a super slim remote switch similar to the BMW one that sticks to the helmet chin guard/side so apart from switching on/off, can be operated from the switch. Don't partularly like chunky bits clamped onto the side of my helmet hence the Air.
