I have always found it easier for her to get on first. With side stand down she uses driver pegs and get on my seat and slides back, she is only 5'2'', works for us.

I have the standard seat in the low position. I really am not interested in changing springs and I ride in the sport single rider position. Thanks everyone for the replies.

8) Hi all, I have a 2009 RT, I have had it 2 yrs. I have dropped it once due to my short inseam 27 1/2" and would like to shave the seat down. It is a heated seat. I really like to do my own work and repairs. Has anyone ever done this? I am thinking of adding a gel pack to it for com...

It is a shame to see them end but they were bleeding money pretty bad. I rode 4 different models last year at Americade in New York and loved them all. On another note do you know of anyone that has had their seat shaved to lower it?
