Re: Think I might have wasted a bunch of money!
Cheer up! They will change it under warranty and you have a very good chance that your bike will serve you without any more trouble. Batteries do that sometimes. I had a 2008 GS that just done the same to me at less then 1000 miles in the ODO, then I had it for an other 50000 without any i...

Re: Rear Chevron Markings
Beyond adding extra light a simple graphic can increase the possibility to be seen. A hated the (mostly) black bulk of the bike back side too...

Re: Choosey Audio
Thanks for the answers. Yes it is FAT32 formatted. Otherwise it would not even recognize the stick, I guess. No matter what size USB stick is used - tried 4GB - 8GB - 16GB, with same files - same result. What matters though it seems, that MP3 files, with 320kbps - 44KHz play back...

Re: Tankbag with map holder
What commercials you guys (Android and RTman10) are talking about? I asked for advice and my phone added that line I have no idea why. Than Rtman10 chimes in with his remark, so I feel like I did (or intended to do) something wrong.
Well, I did not, thanks.
Still waiting if someone who can help me.

Tankbag with map holder
What kind of tankbag can you install on a 2015 RTW without interfering with the handlebars (no riser)?

Re: Still no locking system or gadget???
You can make it more difficult for the occasional thievs. Remove the windshield and the cover. The pushbutton held in place by a small hook on the side of the button. Remove that piece, and you will have a mobil button that you can place anywhere, like one of the glovebox. Alternatively you can male...

Re: Driving Lights
If I am not mistaken, on the water cooled models, there is a connector under the left front cover for the factory aux light, but how to switch it without the switch itself- is unclear.

Re: Disconnecting Battery on a 2015 R1200RT
Just to make certain: You left the battery connected to the bike - as regularly is- and plugged the Battery Tender into the bike? (directly through your new harness) I am asking because I used to do that to my old GS, but I read somewhere in the RT manual that it is an absolute no-no (or w...

Choosey Audio
I have a 2015 RT with the factory Alpine audio fitted. When I attach an USB stick (which I have for years and it works properly in an array of devices) most of the directories can not be accessed. All I have is a " No Data" display and no sound. Is it the kbps resolution of the file or, or...
