Yes dealer software required.

It's not been a problem for the last 40 yrs, so they'll be just like my other bikes.

Had them switched off today and here's the screen shot of the options, fairly limited to be honest.
Once the computer is plugged in and set-up it's a simple screen selection took few minutes.

Result, dealer advised that the OEM default profile can be adjusted on the 2021 RT.
It has a number of options which I'll confirm on Friday when the centre stand gets replaced.I'll try and take a screen shot of the options if anybodies interested.

Can the dealer set the indictoar self cancelling system to off or a long distance say 500m as a default.
I just can't get used to the bloody things swithing off too early.Even my examiner has commented on it.
I'd prefer to have manual control of the bloody things.

I will use one pair regardless so it's only £4, I think I can risk that :) Well the NN connectors are definately not interchangeable with the BMW connectors.Totally different size. Thats good to know, I sent some photo's to a BMW dealer to see if he could ID them, Haven't heard back yet.

I think I will take the Aux plug out and check a few suplliers first, If I can't buy the connectors then I might bite the bullet.

I had the L/H fairing panel off this afternoon and exposed the Aux plug wiring.If I can find the connector type I can sort it out without splicing the loom.
I'll try the dealer for info when they open.
