Re: Nav 5 lock for RTLC
I previously posted pictures of my DIY fix, a aviation sheet metal screw in the push button, preventing the button from moving. It’s been 2 years and many days where the bike has been parked unattended, gps is still there. I’ve watched more than a few people drop there expensive Garmin’s removing a...

Re: BMW Atlantis Suit
Well I have the airflow suit since 2012 and I love it. I ve gone to the warmest climates with it. But I want something moderate.. that's why I ask you. Also I m planning a trip to nordkapp next year, so I think Atlantis will be great. Στάλθηκε από το SM-N950F μου χρησιμοποιώντας ...

BMW Atlantis Suit
Greetings fellow riders, I m looking forward to buying a good leather suit and I always had in mind the Atlantis Suit, although is pretty expensive. Many people have reported having it for 8+ years and so.. So, I m wondering if anyone has experience with it both in Cold rainy weather and also in the...

Re: Warming Up Before Riding
I always ignite the bike, before ride her up. I then put helmet and gloves on and then ride. About 30'' or so.. Then I don't rev up until hot enough in the gauge.

Re: Engine performance and smoothness.
Well I have 7000kms already on my '16. I feel that engine is running smoother than the start, mostly on higher rpms.
Although I still don't like the operation of the gear shifting, especially on the 1st and 2nd gear change.. nothing changed there

Re: Touratech Crash Bars photos
I do have to ask why? I have the BMW head protectors fitted and they've saved me twice now in slow speed drops. The plastic inserts on the protector are scuffed but no damage elsewhere. To my eye they look a lot better than those scaffolding bars and don't affect servicing. Just askin'. ;...

Re: Touratech Crash Bars photos
Well you definitely have to remove the bars to get the valve service done. It's about 10'-15' work removing and back installing, do it's not a big deal. It's really easy also

Touratech Crash Bars photos
Well I ve installed Touratech's bars, after a long research on the matter.. I found out that this option is more rigid and strong IMHO. Installation took me 1,5 hour and was easy enough for me (not engineer here!). There were instructions included. I m uploading a bunch of photos, because when I was...

Re: Help on paint colour
Wow, looks good. Sorry I did not get back to you sooner as I only got back yesterday from nearly three weeks away for work. Funnily enough, I just went into the garage to take a photo of the paint and then I saw that you had managed it anyway. Just for fun, what was the paint code you used?&nbs...
