BMW R1200RT/R1250RT Forum

Just noticed both low beam bulbs are burned out. Have replaced the factory with HID bulbs. Much brighter, and had them for 7 years at least, so no complains there. [size=78%]Was wondering what is better these days for a 1200RT? [/size]

You just may be to close to the handle bars. Try sitting as far back as you can. Just about any after market mirror will fit your bike, yet there may be some minor adjustments.
