I am interested as well Telesvar.  I have seen quite a few on this forum fitted to LC’s (that you can readily purchase fitting brackets for) but not on early model RT’s like yours and mine.
I have a 2007 R1200RT.

Will pannier bags for a 2007 R1200RT fit a later ‘LC’ model .... or are they the same?

I received, fitted and tested my V-Stream yesterday ... much better than stock.
As far as looks go ... I couldn't give a rats, I got for it's functionality and it ticks all of the box's for me.

I fitted them yesterday and all went well!

Has anyone fitted 'Helibars' handle bar risers to their R1200RT. ( http://www.mickhone.com.au/part/helibars/HR05046#contentArea ) I have a 2007 model and looking at fitting them and they say on their website that the standard brake/clutch lines will work ... I've got a gut feeling that they will be ...
