Thanks again for the info,your advice made it easy to investigate the subject.
I have now got the height adjuster and brackets, and have ordered a new Sargent (front/rear) standard seat, I now also have a full tool kit for the bike.

Thanks for the info I know I have the height adjuster can't say I saw the seat post fittings.
