Re: Windshield

Before I ordered my Werks windshield I called their number and got some great advice on the size to buy based on my size.  I am very pleased with the results.  I am definitely glad that I called first.  Here is the number: 281-851-8636 [/siz...

A question for those running the 2014+ LC version of our beloved R1200RT If you have installed bar risers, how has it affected the use of the stock mirrors? I like the stock mirrors and want continue to use them, however, I am in need of adding the bar risers, so I am asking your opinion on if I can...

Finding the Paint Code

On my 2015 R1200RT I would like to verify my paint code.  I believe it is B51 San Marino Blue, however, I wanted to find the code on the motorcycle.  I have looked under the seat as one person suggested to me, but failed to locate it there.
Where is the code located?

Re: Rubber Boot on Swingarm/Final Drive

Thanks for the replies. Yes, this is the part in question. In the picture it looks like the rubber boot and the plastic are adhered as one piece. On the one currently on my RT the plastic piece moves independently of the boot, but the larger flange on the plastic piece keeps the boot from moving awa...

Rubber Boot on Swingarm/Final Drive

Back in October I greased the final drive splines on the final drive on my 2015 RT.  Test rode then and realized that the rubber boot was not staying in place. It was coming loose.  I took it apart again thinking that I had reassembled something wrong. After reassembling  ...

Re: Hill start not working

When I first got my RT I was puzzled as to why it would not work at times, then discovered it only worked when I was in gear, not neutral.

Re: New RT Clutch Lever/Clutch Adjustments

BlueRT, the clutch actuation on the RT is hydraulic so there is not the adjust as on a cable actuated clutch between the lever and the clutch actuator.  The adjustments that can be made are at the lever through selecting the number on the wheel that fits you best.
