You can carry your phone in your pocket but it needs power, a better solution is a Wunderlich handle bar bag.  If your phone is too big for the window put it in the bag.

The world has changed guys.  I used Autocom from about 2003-2017 on about six motorcycles, then I got a Shoei Neotech II helmet with a Sena SRL intercom.


The difference is staggering, everything works, no cables and no problems with leads etc.

Hard to know what the problem could be, you may have some luck on the BMW LT site.  There is quite a bit on the site about the TFT and iphone.

I don't want to hijack this thread but in conclusion regarding the TFT and navigation, it works, it is far from perfect and you gotta work around the problems, but I now have a procedure that works from planning to implementation.  Think I will do a video soon and pass on a little knowledge.
