Hi Under normal circumstances you should not have to restart the app after you stop the bike for any reason - it should just auto-connect and, until recently, always has done. When it works it is fine! There is no problem with your phone being in the compartment dock and this does not, in my experie...

Just a thought....... if everyone also reported the problem it might just give us the leverage we need to make BMW get off their rear ends and sort it out!
