Hi Finally back and stuck at home due to covid :ninja: My local dealer does not agree to proceed as I wished. So I'm gonna do the job all by myself. Just found the alignment pin on KFM-Motorräd and waiting for it, as it is needed to block the engine on the bottom dead center to pull apart ...

Guess I gonna do the engine out job myself, and take it with an OEM spare rotor to my local mechanics (not BMW). It will have to wait till january or february as I will long be out of home.

I had the oppposite issue on mine: filler cap didn't unlock when I cut the power off. Of course my tank was quite empty and I didn't have enough carb to go back home. Happily enough it ended up unlocking after 10 to 15 tries (switching power on and off). Once returned home, I cleaned it with air spr...
