Re: Power plug for heated clothing
Thanks for the replies. I'll plan on getting one of the BMW adapter plug/cable to match my Gerbing gear. While I commute year round and typically put on 7-8,000 miles, I bought this bike in January with 820 miles on the odometer and haven't hit 2,000 for the year. Thus,...

Power plug for heated clothing
Morning all. Yesterday, I was enjoying a morning ride to a local soup kitchen I sometimes work at a church. Realized my new bike doesn't yet have the battery pigtail for my Gerbing Heated vest and gloves that I had on all my previous wintertime rides (Honda PC800s & NT700).&a...

Mick-O-Peg highway pegs
Has anyone tried the Mick-O-Peg retractable highway pegs on an R1200RT? I had a set on my Honda NT700 and really liked them for cross-country rides and highway riding. Selling the NT700, I removed the pegs but the mounting brackets don't appear appropriate for the BMW and I'm not...

Re: Tire pressure sensors
I added a DORAN TPMS to my Honda NT700 several years ago and had issues with them starting after a year. Paid to replace them once and the issue returned another year later. DORAN eventually provided a full refund and subsequently stopped selling them. I appreciate the ...
