Re: Wunderlich rear dirt-trap help!
Success! But they really need to change fitting instructions, there’s no way removing those pins is “quick and easy”. No corrosion anywhere, these must be interference fit. I must have been pounding away for at least 10 minutes a side.

Wunderlich rear dirt-trap help!
Mrs Veetwin got me some Wunderlich Dirt-Trap Splash-Cover bits from Nippy Normans for my Birthday (should keep her feet dry when she’s riding pillion). According to the website “easy and quick installation”. I’ve hit a snag however - they’re supplied with M8 fixings to replace the pins which locate ...

Re: Who’s touring in ‘23?
My whole justification for getting the RT last year was to go touring - just now trying to work out where and when :) Ultimately we want to tour through Europe to Austria (where we lived for a couple of years) with an itinerary which allows time with old friends & neighbours. I’ve considered usi...

Re: Our Other Bikes

It started life as a “standard” Mille but after an (ahem) altercation with a Freelander a few years back which required fork replacement, I found a bloke who was breaking his bike. Someone in the US had wanted the wheels but they b...

Re: Bent key repair?
Hope you can get it sorted. I wasn't that happy using the fob key to unlock the pannier and standard seat, so I bought a non-fob key from my local dealership. I had to take the V5 and my D/L as ID, but it came ready cut and is far more sturdy. 2525A6EA-99FE-42DD-831A-136F3BB9F61B.jpeg Thanks, that’...
