I am not sure what seat I have on my 1250RT, bought new in May 23. However, I can barely feel the heat from the seat, even on the highest setting. I have just taken it back to the dealer and they say it is working fine!

How did you apply it? Did you spray the pannier with water then squeegee it all out once in position? Yes, sprayed pannier,did it on a warm day. No idea what the instructions mean by a squeedge, but I put cloth round the piece of plastic included and tried to squeeze out the creases and bubbles. Un...

Hmm, tried the NN paint protector film today and not at all impressed. About 10 times more difficult than fitting a phone screen protector. Impossible to get rid of all the little creases and to get the top sheet to meet the side sheet without any gaps. Looks terrible.Not even convinced it is the ri...

I have already damaged the paintwork on the panniers of my new 1250RT, getting my leg over (ooh er missus). Any advice on repair and protection much appreciated!

I had just bought a new phone, so used my old one, a Galaxy A5. No sim card but works fine as .one as I update it via WiFi.

Yes, I have a new 1250RT LE and the small phone compartment is very annoying. I use my old Samsung A5 without a simcard now for navigation. I bought a wireless charging adapter for it and it charges enough to keep I topped up (with no case). I could put a payg sim in if I want to use for phone calls.

Prospective new 1250RT owner
Just joined as I am thinking of upgrading my K1300GT to a new 1250RT LE. Any advice welcomed on do's/don't and features worth having, or not. Having a test ride tomorrow.
