This turned out of corroded fuel pump controller, the bmw service also changed fuel pump as well. Now everything works as expected.

Could easily be a blocked tank breather stopping fuel flow Can this happen if the fuel tank cap did not properly fit (clicked locked) after fueling it? Am asking because I might did not properly press it down, I only realized after motorcycle pulled to another place and when I have checked the cap ...
