Just bought a 2018 R1200RT and I am in the process of getting it fit my shorter inseam. Placed the offset seat mounts under the seat and sent the seat itself to a friend who does upholstery to have it reshaped. I hope this fixes my ride height issue, but since then I managed to do some nasty damage ...
