Hi, Guys. Just thought you might like to know a few cost from down under,Australia. I just purchased a new RT.Cost of New RT Here $32000 being 14966 eng.pound. Rego $600 being 280 eng. Insurance another $600. Fuel 98 octane $1.80 . being 46 eng. Hows that compare .I''m to believe bikes here are a lot more expensive .I live in lower N.S.W. here the roads for bikes are great Just a bit of info. for ya. RODE ALERT. ROB

Bike price is about on par with UK and your insurance as well. You seem to get fuel for next to nothing as here its about £1.20 but changes on a daily basis.

That's what makes the difference Robert. Australian dollar to Sterling. Our friends from Brisbane had a cheap holiday with us in 2013. Bernie arrived with empty suitcases and Eric took a new mountain bike back with him.
At more than two Australian dollars to the pound things are looking up for us at last.
By the way do you have the draconian speed limit enforcement in NSW that they have in Victoria? That must take some of the fun out of riding a bike in that part of the world.
