Haltwhistle to Dunsop Bridge is just over 100 miles in each direction, a riding time of approx. 2.5 hours each way.

Sorry for any misunderstanding, the idea of the map/routes was to see if it's practical to ride between the two points in one day, via two different routes, avoiding the M6, apart from two small sections around Lancaster & Penrith.
