Mikeyboy at Overland and Classic in the UK has a good reputation and I believe can repair R1200 driveshafts.
His contact number is 077866340692.

This link is about the Drive Shaft on a GS, http://www.snafu.org/pics/r1200gs/2011/ ... page4.html, don't know if it's the same for an RT.

I have known the likes if Motorworks charging more than a proper dealer so it might be worth checking with a couple of them.

From RealOEM, http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/showpar ... Id=33_1651, the Drive Shaft Part No. is 26117706394.

Cross referencing the part, http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/part?id ... 6117706394 comes up with the same as a GS.

Rainbow Motorcycles list this one, http://www.rainbowbmw.com/BMWETK/Produc ... 301408.php, for £545.00.
