Looking to purchase a 2010 or 2011 r1200rt

Looking to purchase a 2010 or 2011 r1200rt both around 20,000 km
This would be my first BMW. What are, if any concerns or issues to inquiry about.
I read about 2 recalls. (rear wheal flange and gas line connection)
I also read about expensive electric brake assist repairs however not sure if still an issue on the 2010 and up.
Rear shaft seal failure because of no air vent. Which they suggest to decrease the quantity of oil.
anything else I should before purchasing?

Cam heads are great bikes
Vin # run through dealers computer will tell you if recalls have been completed, with proper maintaince 150-200 thousands miles are not uncommon. California Highway Patrol keeps theirs till 160 thousand miles!
