New member in South Devon

Hi all, I've just bought a 2008 RT1200 SE and have ridden just 100 miles so far, so too early to tell, but the signs are good!


I'm looking forward to some long-ish tours this year.


I'm retired and my previous bikes were both Hondas; an NC700 DCT and a Crossrunner VFR800X. I liked both, but they were not really up to touring, which is what I think I want to do more of.


I'm looking forward to checking out the various forums here.


If there are any other members close to me, please say hello!
