Found a puddle of oil below a cylinder, on investigating the cam chain tensioner bolt had slackened allowing a drip of oil to run down onto the header. Had to remove the throttle body to get access to tighten said bolt.
After doing a bit of homework on this it seems to be a common problem with these motors.
Anyone else had this experience?

Not a common problem I think. Done up properly it shouldn't happen again.

Not had any problems with either my 2010 or 2012 TC's.

When you read Davids above link, through, you see that the problem was eventually traced and resolved, so as said worth noting for future reference. ( good `find' , David ).........
