Saw it at the bike show yesterday, looks nice, comes fully loaded which accounts for the price difference plus a snazzy seat. Still silver running gear though.

Fully loaded with a top box, should be around 18.5k, so 1.5k for a seat and red paint? Unless they are other toys

The only extras is the box and paint.  With only 100 being made they might just be able to shift them.

The red lava rot RT is absolutely beautiful. Seems as if its a UK edition only and not for Australia.

I am thinking of buying an ex police bike and spray it in this colour. In Melbourne the fist lot of the water cooled police bikes should be sold by the police later this year.

I love that paint, but if you ever get it damaged at all, you are screwed.  No local paint shop will ever be able to match it for repair.
