Is there a way of changing the display from Bar to PSI - I did have a scroll through user settings and vehicle settings but did not find anything?
Cheers
Stuart
Bar to PSI
Re: Bar to PSI
No although its rumoured dealers can change but. You only need to remember 2.5 and 2.9 on the dash.
Re: Bar to PSI
I am in Canada and took delivery of my 3rd Rt an 08, a 14, and now a 16. Just took the new one out for its first stretch of the legs yesterday and to my surprise the pressure is indicated in PSI :kacsint2: . I am in Canada its all metric on the dials as it should be and the other bikes were in bar... I never asked for psi....so am pleasantly surprised.
Re: Bar to PSI
So if you go and buy a guage in Canada are they normally in metric or would they normally be in PSI.
Re: Bar to PSI
My experience to date is that pressure is in bar. I have only seen it in bar on a cdn spec bike, that is why I was shocked to see it in psi. I have read in other forums that they can change the units at the shop but have never asked to have it done. bar is a bit of a pain but hey 1 =14.7 is all you need to know in the long run
Re: Bar to PSI
I picked up my 2016 RT last Tuesday & the tire (tyre) pressure is in Bar. I am going to book my first service tomorrow & I am going to ask about getting it changed to PSI. And by the way pressure gauges are usually in PSI in Canada.

Hey Steve! If you keep popping up on this forum, you're going to have to go out and get that RT! You know it makes sense!!
