Mines a TC 2011 and I tend to go into 6th around 70-75 if no overtakes on, otherwise Im in 5th and on twisties maybe 4th even up to 70.
I like the response of the throttle in a lower gear.

On the new LC models, you can roll-on and pass easy enough in 6th. I rarely have to downshift to do that, unless the oncoming traffic requires that get it down in an extreme hurry.

In Europe we ride a bit faster than you guy's overseas.
when i drive long distance (with back passenger) i ride a very comfortable 130 - 140 Kmh, which is about 4500 rpm.
the engines runs great at this speed.
