Hi has anyone experienced problems with the electric screen, mine has developed a faut in that the screen will only rise but not go back down.
This has happened several times now, previously the fault corrected itself but now Im stuck with it and it is just to damn high.

In answer to your question, no, I haven't had any screen related issues thus far! Not a case of the dreaded switchgear cluster playing up by any chance.....??

have a gs911? maybe try re-calibrating it with the gs911 or the good ole pull battery battery cable for awhile trick?

The problem will be the switch. You don't say what model you have but from 2010 onwards you will probably get a free replacement left switch cluster. No point in trying to fix it. Switch faults don't normally should up on things like a gs911.

Update on my faulty screen R1200RT SE twin cam. It was examined by Bowker in Preston who said it is the handle bar switch. This is the second switch it was replaced free in 2012 because the indicators went haywire.
