In very hot weather I use the Veskimo -- http://www.veskimo.com/

I bungee the 9-quart cooler on the passenger seat -- http://www.veskimo.com/personal-cooling ... quart.html

Then I also use my BMW jacket and keep it zipped shut to hold the coolness in.
