+1.. Thanks everyone for a most enjoyable weekend! 8) Especially David for organising and leading the ride on Saturday
Here's a few photo's I took on our breaks between riding, Also one of the pesky sports bikes inconveniencing everyone by needing to fuel up every 100 mile
The gathering for the start.
First pit stop at Broadway Tower.
Second pit stop at the Touchdown Cafe where there was a gathering of Douglas motorcycles.
Then the 'RT's' being inconvenienced waiting for the Crotch rockets
At least they used "BMW" recommended fuel ;D
Thanks again everyone involved

Great weekend. Good to meet you all and to put faces to names.
Weather a bit hot but better than rain.
I'm sure that the pillions had a good chat as well.

Arrived home from Tewkesbury at 11:30 this morning, after having covered 780 miles over the 4 days we were away.
Shirley & I both thoroughly enjoyed our weekend, great riding & company too, thanks to you all for attending.
The POI's suggested by MacJ for Saturday's ride out, were all well worth visiting, especially Fladbury where the "jamboree" was most entertaining.

Based on the fact that geographically, Ingleby Barwick & Fareham are 300 miles apart, how about Oadby, SE of Leicester, looks a perfect halfway point.BoB21 wrote:Look forward to next one.
