Front suspension damping/preload non ESA

My MY11 without ESA feels under damped when riding with a passenger. I'm 150 lbs and the Mrs is 130 lbs (I've been told).
What aftermarket options do I have?

Loads!  Ohlins, Wilburs, Hagon, Nitron, Hyperpro and many others.  If you have a local suspension expert you coul probably even have yours rebuilt to suit your requirements.
