Hello

Post by tommo68 »

Hi, I'm new to the forum and just put this 1st post up to say, Hi.
I've previously ridden a ZZR1200 (still have ), a ZZR1400 ( just sold ), a  DRZ400 ( sold a while back ), and now have an early model R1200RT.
Looking forward to browsing the site and picking up a few pieces of info on the RT.

Cheers,

Tommo.

Welcome, I came from a ZZR11 before BMW- you will miss the top end warp factor , smooth gearbox and less buzzy motor , apart from that its mostly RT good. ;)

Scotland ❤ Fab place except it rains too much. Maybe hence my choice of the RT and that large protective fairing and windshield😁

Great!  I am in Portland, OR. USA, lots of rain here too.  If you update your forum profile with your location, you get a nifty little Scotland flag next to your name on your posts.
