Twisting throttle when bike is off.

Post by timminator »

I believe that since the RT is fuel-injected, and also fly-by-wire, that twisting the throttle while the bike is off does nothing.  Unlike in the old days or on car when you'd pump the gas peddle and flood the engine.  Can anyone confirm this for sure?  2016 RTLC.

Nothing.. Electronic sensors demand the fuel from the ecu and injectors when the bike is running or turning over to start.
The GS 'is' the better bike :-)
