I personally don't know the guy. However, after buying my RT last year and had the rear wheel bearing replaced, my mechanic asked if the clutch had been replaced recently. As I had been through the paperwork I knew it had 6 months earlier at the workshop in York. I asked why and my mechanic found that when he stripped the rear-end, the drive shaft hadn't been located properly at the clutch end and a small lug or something hadn't been replaced. It wasn't, he believed the cause of the knackered bearing, but, if something like that is not checked, you would never know until something failed.
I take for service and have bought a bike from these guys at.  http://www.grahamsmotorcycles.co.uk
