Aftermarket part seller to avoid - Mototribe

Post by jackronner »

Replaced two RT mirrors on E-bay from Mototribe.  They're located in California (as am I), but I think the part is Chinese.  The E-bay specs give the "Brand" as ZXMT.  One arrived without the rubber seating "bushings" (ALL of them) DESPITE a sticker with "rubbers missing" on the box!!  The other was missing two small frame screws.  Still, they wound up telling me to keep the mirrors and also gave me a refunds, so . . . happy ending for me.  Difficult communicating due to marginal English writing skills (on their end!!), tho'.  Just so's ya know.

So, great customer service ..... And you still give them a bad review?
I was born with nothing and unfortunately I still have most of it left.

Did you miss the part about the missing parts?  Had to buy them from BMW.

Did not miss it at all.

The company you ordered from sent you goods that were not acceptable for whatever reason. Not only did they refund your money but told you to keep the items they had sent. A company doing this on a regular basis would not survive very long.

They obviously acknowledged their error and tried to correct it. Good customer service in my eyes.
