Help identifying this quick connect

Hi Everyone- I'm new to the forum and just took delivery of a 2015 RT. I need help identifying the brand/model of the quick connect in the photo. This seems to be for a battery charger as it displays values in 25% increments. I would like to buy the charger to match if I can figure out what it is.
