TIMING CHAIN TENTSIONERS ON WEATHEAD

Post by Goran »

Can someone tell me are these different or same tensioners (left and right)??
When engine is cold, runs smooth and with no issue at all... but soon as it's warmed up, the noise is louder and unusual noise of rumbling (but not harsh) can be
heard and felt (vibrations) all the time...

At he moment also on high RPM I am experiencing huge vibration which I think this is the cause (loosen timing chain)??.

Will the replacing with a new tensioners solve the noise and make engine run smoother?

Have the throttle bodies beem synced lately? Not sure about the wet head but with the hex head, symptoms point to the throttle bodies.

The specific information about the engine work is covered in detail in these 2 videos: Part 4/6 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sVYpMKdrido and Part 5/6 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1bZJC0Dfb80

Let me know if I can help with anything else.
THESE VIDEOS ARE REALLY AWESOME! WELL DONE!
I do not have that kind of confidence yet to tackle by myself...

SO the vibrations and "rumble" from the engine (when warmed up) can be caused by this what you have explained? No need for new tensioners?
What should I look on 50K service?

Thanks a lot?
