Our Other Bikes
Re: Our Other Bikes
Something to let me tinker with without requring £1000's worth of special tools!
In addition to which it reminds me of how much I really love modern brakes!

Traded my H-D for a Triumph Bonneville T120. Looking forward to doing a few miles on it over the summer

Re: Our Other Bikes
Very nice Simbo. I only took a short spin on the 850 Bonnie and loved that engine. More displacement has got to be a hoot! Congrats!

For those of you who have more than an RT, how about adding to this thread with some photos too.
This is the most recent (2018) photo of my 1980 Yamaha XJ650.

This is the XJ650 in touring mode, circa 20 years ago.
Went to Northern Ireland and the Netherlands a couple of times, dipping our toes into Germany.

Two of my Panthers (the other is still a WIP rebuild). A bit "different" to my R1250RT, but I still enjoy riding them.

My 2019 Himalayan. Only 2k on the clock. Great back lanes bike. Sadly after the 9 Feb, the bike will have a new home.
Trust me I am a retired Doctor and lecturer at Oxford University of Structural and Mechanical/Electrical engineering.

That's a Factory version, right? IIRC those blue wheels are forged.
