Changing display between Miles and Kms

Hi Guys,


I'm sure this question has been asked before, however....on a 2014 R1200RT how do you switch the odometer display between miles and kilometers?


Easy to do on the Garmin GPS, but I can't remember how to change the motorcycle display....

You can't. Dealer only or not sure if you can do it from a GS911

It's a pity this isn't possible without a GS-911, it means I can't change when going to / from mainland Europe.  If I felt the need that is .....  ;D

This was one of my first moans about the bike when I got mine in 2014. Whats really annoying is that its just a few lines of code that could be easily be put into a software update to give us a menu item KM / Miles. Sometimes I don't understand BMW.


Do the newer bikes have a user way to do this ?

My 2019 bike doesn't have the option. Just use the Nav V and set it to kilometres when I get over the water.
