Fingers crossed with the weather, keep us posted on progress. I am going in a few weeks time (avoiding the 12th July of course),Rossaire all the way round to Belfast on the WAW. What tyres are you running on (I can see they aren't Z8's Tech 01s or RP4 s)

Rosslaire for us & a meander up to Galway then back cross country.  2 1/2 weeks so no rush.
Tyres are Dunlop Roadsmart III's.  Like them alot, about 5th set of them on 2 RT's

Hi enjoy. We (4 bikers) start a section of the WAW on Mon 24th at Tarbert to Killimer Ferry then head North to Galway until Friday 28th and home to Dublin. Doing it in sections in the hope that at least 1 of the 4 years might be 'dry'.

Looks great, so lucky with weather...can't wait to get on the ferry in a few weeks.

I am doing 9 days but still will not do the whole 1500 miles as want to dip in and out of the Wild Atlantic Way.

We're in Killarney for 5 days, using it as a base for the Ring of Kerry & Ring of Beara. Was going to use it for the Southern part of the Ring around Baltimore (Whale watching) but the main road is shut for the week at Molls Gap. Only just got here before the closure. The alternative routes are too long for SWMBO to manage. So going Whale watching tomorrow from Dingle. The Ring of Kerry that we covered was 135 Miles. About 6 1/2 hours with stops. We have  been very lucky so far with the weather.
Friday we go up near Galway for 4 nights & will dip into the Wild Atlantic Way sections from there.

The mileage racks up if you follow the WAW all the time,  Some of the roads are a bit rough! Kenmare seems a good central point for the South Western part. I would base myself there next time.

The plan is to stay the night in each location, booked in the centre of each town:-

Pembroke to Rossaire night stop
Cork
Kenmare
Dingle
Ennistymon
Clifden
Sligo
Coleraine
Belfast to Liverpool cabin overnight

Thanks for the tips
