Sargent (un) heated seat

Good afternoon all, and a Happy New Year!


Slight problem with a Sargent front seat on my 2016 RT.  No heat!


I've had it on there for a while after buying it from a genuine guy who was selling his RT, but now it seems to have developed this issue.


Has anyone else had an issue?  Anyone found a UK repairer.

Sargent changed the design of the heating element in 2019 as they are renowned for failing. You can get Sargent to fix, but its probably busted.
