Re: 2020 Annual RT Meet
I've contacted a cousin who lives near Doncaster, she has kindly offered to give me an update on the weather in the morning.
If it's dry, I'll likely take route one to Doncaster. Will review the situation from there and maybe head over to Willingham Woods for lunch.
Chris (scunny12) is also available at Scunthorpe for a weather watch. He is halfway between Market Weighton and Willingham Woods.

Re: 2020 Annual RT Meet
Good morning Gentlemen & GS riders, it's currently dry here on Teesside.
Looking at the weather forecast, it's likely I'll be heading to Subway at Doncaster, ETA 11:00 to 11:30, then to Willingham Woods for 12:30 to 13:30.
Will get live weather watcher checks from Doncaster & Scunthorpe at around 10:00, when I should be at Thirsk.
I'll keep in touch with Simbo via text on my progress or any change of plans.

20miles from Willingham Woods as the crow fly's. Just had heavy shower ,but now the sun is out , however weather in north west looks full of dark broody clouds. Looks like it is a case of dodging the showers. BBC local weather says 48% chance of rain around 11 and 12.

Re: 2020 Annual RT Meet
Thanks to David for organising the ride and to Sim for leading it.
Both Tim and I have made it home after buying the Mercedes in Leicester.
Tim asked me to apologise for him sloping off to bed last night without saying goodbye and thanks to all. He was feeling very tired after his over indulgence from the night before!!
A very enjoyable ride on Saturday, and lovely to catch up with you all again.

Thank you David for organising a great weekend!
Safely home now.....
I didn't get to thank everyone for an enjoyable ride out and great banter.....the ignorance of the southern softie for sloping off to an early bed last night!!
So thank you all - great weekend and superb bunch of guys!
All the best - here's to the next one......I heard Wales mentioned!!

Home safely, thanks to all those who attended, the best turn out for an RT meet in 5 years.
Simbo led an excellent ride home for the NM's.

Re: 2020 Annual RT Meet
After an excellent breakfast in Oundle at a cafe called "The Greedy Piglet", I spent a few hours with friends before a straightforward ride home.
Thanks, David, for organising a great weekend and for having the weather gods on your side.
It was good to meet everyone again.
Regards,
John
