Had an overnight trip to Dartmoor, stayed at the Plume of Feathers and camped on their field. Nice brekkie in the Old Police Station Cafe across the road in the morning. Long scenic trip down there hugging the coast all the way, and some nice fast twisties on the way back.  A nice 350+ miles.

Bought ourselves a Slumit Cub 2 tent each, bargain at £88.80 and goes up in no time  ( I'm talking bag to up in 60 secs ! ). Just as well as the midges were out by the time we got there.......and had a drink........and a meal.........and only then decided to put the things up . 🙄
Great quality tent for the money though, highly recommended for motorcycle touring.

Had a ride out with the local IAM group around the North York Moors National Park, inc. Rosedale Abbey.

Visited the Yorkshire Cycle Hub at Fryup, never been before, what a fantastic venue with great views of the Dale etc.

And then a big thanks to Michael for the lift to pick this 20 year old Divvie up for my youngest son 👍

We got it running without too much bother 😊
Like you said "I carried on" 😁 fuel tank is rusty and I think I'm looking at fuel starvation before the in line filter. I reckon a couple of weeks and it'll be mot'd and back on the road. Hopefully he'll improve on its 4k miles over the past 20 years 😂
