Service icon showing up at 9600 miles

Service icon showing up at 9600 miles

Topic title says it. My '18 R1200RTW has started showing the service icon on start up with only 9600 miles on it. Last oil change was performed at 6000 miles and service icon reset with my GS911. Can't figure out why I'm seeing the icon as the next scheduled service isn't till 12000 miles. Thoughts? TIA.

It's periodic as well not just mileage, it's coming up to 12 months since you took your wallet into a BMW dealership  :)
