Anyone know of a liner for the tour packs that you can just buy to glue in like the Harley's have available? Has anyone actually made a liner? If so what did you use?

I have the older 49-litre top case and made a floor liner from a carpet off-cut.
BMW sell a piece of carpet for the newer 49l cases which can feature central locking.
