Done another 260 miles leading a ride for the local IAM group again. East coast to West coast, from Teesside to Morecambe.

Yesterday, washed bike, FD unit oil changed, F&R brake calipers removed, pads/pistons cleaned & exercised.

Today, wheels removed to have new tyres fitted.

Care to share your route? Meeting a mate in Abergavenny for a couple of nights in two weeks time.
Was going to take one out of Bikers Britain again but am open to suggestions.

Yesterday, led another ride for the local IAM group. Did 160 miles from Teesside to York on some new white roads between the A19 & A1(M) corridor.

Just spent a couple of days pottering around the Scottish borders. Stayed in Denholm which is a two pub town, one of which was home for the two nights.[attachimg=1]

Saturday, after a leisurely breakfast I took my current RoSPA associate for a session, 75 miles of mainly Dorsetshire roads, popped into CW, coffee machine is out of action for random visitors.  Came back via the Piddle valley headed to Compton Abbas airfield for the final debrief and a black Americano.

1900 to 0700 this morning I was on shift for SERV Wessex our local blood bike group.

Out at friends for a Sunday lunch, dominated by a large fore rib of beef and all the trimmings.  Tonight we watched the excellent Caroll Shelby Le Mans film.

Back to work in the morning......
