I have the feeling that the light is potentially refittable (fittable) to a standard box ? ..... in that case (if correct) a any standard box off a 1200 / 1250 / K1600 will do your job.
Worth checking this  - going rate appears to be in the £250 to £350 region , dear but a lot cheaper than new !

Light in the top box is very easy to retrofit. In fact that's the 10 min job really.
I know it because I done that for myself.
Light kit costs around £150, and it's plug and play as the wiring should be already in place in top box like it was in mine.

Any that I have seen in that price range are the older boxes to which the electrics are not readily retrofitted. I couldn't find a newer type box on ebay other than brand new. From a dealer, box with central locking, interior light and ready for the LED brake light @810£.

I have a newer box (brand new in late 2015) which will be available shortly (I think) - circa £350 if it's of interest (save me from ebay vultures). I assume you could tell from a photo or two, if it would do ?

Does it have a plug hanging out of the bottom that has to be connected to the bike?

Because in the 1250 and I think also previous 1200 the top box have light inside lid, just for illumination like boot in car.
That's the reason plug will hanging out even if you don't have brake light installed.

In addition, retrofitting the electrics may not be possible as the case isn't equipped with th requisite harness/switch. If the OP is looking for a box with lights then he needs to start with an electric case, unless someone can provide details on conversion parts.
The 1200 does also use the electrics for central locking.
